Welcome to abcmyr. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs all aspects of your use of the abcmyr platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services offered by abcmyr ("Platform").

By accessing or using the abcmyr Platform, whether as a visitor or registered member, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the abcmyr Platform.

• Single Account: Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Non-Staff: abcmyr staff, their immediate family members, and individuals associated with the operation of the Platform are not permitted to become members.

The registration process at abcmyr is designed to be simple and quick while meeting industry-standard compliance requirements. When registering, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, an active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

Abcmyr implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our commitment to security and compliance. The KYC process may require you to submit:

• A copy of your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Recent proof of address (bank statement or utility bill not older than 3 months)
• Additional information regarding source of funds if required

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and for withdrawals exceeding certain limits. abcmyr processes KYC documents within 1–3 business days. All information submitted for KYC is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less processing costs.
• Abcmyr does not charge any transaction fees for standard deposits

The withdrawal conditions that must be met are as follows:

• Attempting to access another person's account without authorization

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

Abcmyr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

Users acknowledge that:

• All betting and gaming activities carry financial risk; you participate at your own risk
• Abcmyr does not guarantee wins or returns from any gaming activity
• Technical disruptions beyond our control, such as internet outages or third-party failures, are not the responsibility of abcmyr.
• Abcmyr is responsible for ensuring games function correctly but is not responsible for the outcomes of those games

Abcmyr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page along with the updated date. For significant changes, we will notify members via their registered email or an in-account notice.

Regarding account closure:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time through abcmyr customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
• Closure by abcmyr: abcmyr reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
• Inactive: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.
